The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant had amazing food on the menu. I was very impressed. The architecture and layout were very beautiful, the restaurant, pool, and bar area were very nice and I enjoyed the dinner time music.

The pool area is great! Its a short bus or taxi ride into the Medina. Staff are helpful. The rooms are a standard room, needing a little bit of a revamp. But all very comfortable.

The location couldn't have been better, situated right in the heart of Gueliz, the city center. The hotel's pool was a delightful highlight, providing a refreshing oasis to relax and unwind. Its beauty and cleanliness added to the overall appeal, making it a perfect spot to cool off. The room was spacious with great view on the pool. The breakfast served at the hotel was very good. The variety of options and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations.

Authentic Moroccan htel The swimming pool was nice. The breakfast was nice. But after 10 days in the hotel, eating the same thing is very repetitive. The hotel staff were really nice. They helped me get my laundry done. The location is wonderful. Not too noisy at night. Near everything. Nice neighbourhood. They emailed me the invoice which is appreciated too.

Loved this hotel. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Big swimming pool, lovely fresh breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, and excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back when we come back to Marrakech.

Updates are awesome. New pool looks amazing and pool bar. So cool. Biggest plus in this hotel is staff. So thankful for everyone. So friendly, smiley and helpful. You can see that they enjoy working there. I have been in this hotel 5 times. And definitely will come back soon.
